To access the bonus, you must be at least 21, playing within the state of New Jersey and not prohibited from gambling by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
To be eligible all information provided by you when opening your account must be true, accurate and verifiable.
Players must accept each bonus manually within their account after logging in by entering the given bonus code.

ResortsCasino.com reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend or modify the promotion at any time and without any notice and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add or delete cash prizes or change prize structures. Any changes can be reviewed online.
Employees of Resorts Casino Hotel, ResortsCasino.com and related companies, affiliates and subsidiaries are ineligible to participate.
Resorts Casino Hotel, ResortsCasino.com and/or its designee may use names, pictures and likenesses of winners for promotional purposes without further compensation to winners.
Winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prizes to the extent required by law.
Winners will be subject to all federal, state and local regulations and laws.
Promotions are subject to the provisions of the NJ Casino Control Act and regulations promulgated thereunder. All prizes will be awarded in compliance with applicable laws.
Neither ResortsCasino.com nor any of its related companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries shall be responsible for computer errors including, but not limited to, the calculation of the number of entries or errors in the random number generated computer system used in connection with any promotions.
In consideration of, and as a strict condition of participation in the promotion, winners, their heirs and personal representatives waive and release all rights, claims, demands and/or causes of action against ResortsCasino.com.
Any participant who is found not to be in compliance with these rules will be disqualified and all prizes will be forfeited.
Any patron whose account has been suspended, excluded, self-excluded, in cool-off, or on any responsible gaming restriction list will be ineligible to receive prizes or bonus.
Any exceptions to the above rules and regulations are in the sole discretion of ResortsCasino.com and must be approved in writing by the Sr. Vice President of Digital Gaming or his/her designee.
A player must complete wagering requirements associated with a bonus within 5 days (120 hours). If the player does not complete the wagering requirements within 5 days (120 hours), the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be forfeited.  
Players may cancel a bonus at any time by clicking on the My Bonuses page or by contacting player support.
Canceling a bonus prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
You will earn Reward Points on cash wagering only; wagers placed with bonus funds are excluded.
Casino bonus funds are only available for wagering at ResortsCasino.com. Casino bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the casino wagering requirement before any associated winnings will be converted to cash. Wagering requirements vary per game type. The wagering requirements for allowable slots is 10x the casino bonus amount; allowable table games and Video Poker are 20x the casino bonus amount [see below for list of unallowable games]. Once the wagering requirement is complete, the casino bonus and any associated winnings will be released to your account as unrestricted cash.
The maximum bet amount allowed on any round of gameplay must be no higher than $10. Any bet over this maximum will be in breach of our bonus terms and conditions.
