How do I sign up for the ResortsCard online?

1) Sign into your account at Resortscasino.com.
2) Go to the Cashier.
3) Click Add New (you'll see it next to the ResortsCard funding option).

You'll be asked for a few pieces of info, like your Social Security Number and date of birth. You'll also be asked to verify your mailing address and agree to the Terms & Conditions. If everything looks good, go ahead and click Enroll.

Can I sign up for the ResortsCard in person?


Definitely. Just visit the Casino Cage at Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City. Be sure to bring your photo identification with you. 

How do I fund my ResortsCard with a credit or debit card?

1) Log into your ResortsCasino.com account.
2) Click Cashier.
3) Choose the ResortsCard funding option.
4) Enter your credit or debit card number, along with the security code and expiry info.
5) Enter the amount you'd like to deposit.
6) Click Add Funds.
7) Verify that everything looks good.
8) Click Fund My Account.

Why was my credit or debit card declined when I tried to make a deposit?

The most likely reason is that your information doesn't match. The address on both your ResortsCard and the card you use to fund your ResortsCard must be the same. Can I deposit using a credit or debit card on a set schedule?


To protect your personal and financial information, we’ll never take money out of the accounts you use to fund your ResortsCard unless you instruct us to. Therefore, you’ll need to manually make a deposit each time you want to fund your ResortsCard.

Can I transfer funds to or from my bank account?

Absolutely, but it takes a bit of setting up first. Here's how to get started:

1) Log into Resorts.mycardplace.com.
2) Click Load Funds.
3) Click My Bank Accounts.
4) Click Bank to Card Account.
5) Enter your banking info.
6) Check the box to accept the Terms & Conditions.
7) Click Register.

Once you're done, we'll deposit two tiny payments into your bank account. These are small amounts and should arrive in your account in a few business days. Once you verify these amounts with us, your bank account will be ready to use.

I've set up my bank account. How do I transfer funds?

1) Log into Resorts.mycardplace.com.
2) Click Load Funds.
3) Click My Bank Accounts.
4) Click Bank to Card Account.
5) Enter your account info and the amount you'd like to transfer.
6) Select the frequency for transferring the money.
7) Click Transfer.

Remember, it could take 5-7 business days for the first transfer to arrive, but subsequent scheduled transfers will make their way to your account in 5 business days from the scheduled date. 

How do I transfer funds from my ResortsCard to my ResortsCasino.com account?

1) Log into your ResortsCasino.com account.
2) Click Cashier.
3) Go to the ResortsCard funding option and click Deposit.
4) Enter the amount you'd like to transfer to your ResortsCasino.com account.
5) Click Continue.

Remember, you can transfer up to your remaining ResortsCard balance into your Resortscasino.com account.

No. For security reasons, your ResortsCard can only be mailed out to a physical address.

What's my PIN?

When you first sign up for a ResortsCard, your PIN is set to the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

How do I change my PIN over the phone?

It's simple. Just call 1-877-220-3988 and press 4 after you enter your card number. Then, follow the voice prompts.

How do I change my PIN online?

1)     Log into Resorts.mycardplace.com.

2)     Go the Additional Services tab on the right side of the screen.

3)     Click Change PIN.

4)     Enter the current PIN and your new PIN.

5)     Click Change PIN.

I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

Got to Resorts.mycardplace.com and click the Forgot Your Password link, right below the Login button.

I know my password, but want to change it. How do I do that?

1) Log into Resorts.mycardplace.com.
2) Click the Additional Services tab on the ride side of the screen.
3) Click Change Password/Secret Question
4) Enter your current password and a new one.
5) Click Change Password.


I need to update my personal info, like my address. How do I do that?

For your security, we need proof of your new address. Please scan one of the following documents and email it to [email protected] or fax it to 702-851-4755:

  • Driver's License or equivalent state-issued photo ID 
  • Utility bill
  • Pay stub

The scanned document must have your full name and your new address. 

What do I do if my ResortsCard is lost or stolen?

Call 877-220-3988 or email [email protected] right away. We'll close your account and send you out a new card right away. Remember, there might be a fee associated with the new card. Please check the Cardholder Fee Schedule for the replacement card fee. How do I check my ResortsCard balance?

What if I don't agree with my available balance?

It's important to review your recent transactions first. You can check them out at Resorts.mycardplace.com. Don't forget, some transactions might not show up right away if they're pending authorizations.
