Players are eligible for Exclusive Resorts Casino Hotel Offers, in ResortsCasino.com management’s sole discretion once they have become Resorts Rewards Members. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the frequency, offer details, offer or discount amount, and any other relevant offer details of exclusive offers from Resorts Casino Hotel to Resorts Rewards members.

  • VIP Promotions, Multipliers & Sweepstakes:

Players are eligible for VIP Promotions, Multipliers & Sweepstakes, in ResortsCasino.com management’s sole discretion once they have become, including, but not limited to: an Echelon, Echelon Prime, Echelon Elite or Echelon Black member. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the frequency of VIP Promotions, Multipliers & Sweepstakes, as well as Promotional details, Multipliers, and Sweepstakes.

  • VIP loyalty gifts:

Players are not eligible for a VIP loyalty gift until they have been an Echelon (Echelon, Prime, Elite, and Black) member for six consecutive months to be eligible. Players who are Echelon (Echelon, Prime, Elite, and Black) Members for six non-consecutive months will not be eligible for a VIP loyalty gift. Thus, achieving a higher loyalty level within 12 months of receiving a VIP loyalty gift does not make a player eligible for another VIP loyalty gift. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the frequency of gifts issued, as well as reserves the right to determine the gift, gift details, cost, and distribution date of the VIP loyalty gift.

  • Discounted and complimentary overnight stays:

Discounted and complimentary overnight stays at Mohegan Sun CT, PA & Resorts AC are based on availability and are not guaranteed. Blackout dates apply. Advanced reservations are required. Room type is not guaranteed. Complimentary stays must be reserved when applicable loyalty level is achieved. Management reserves the right to determine which dates are discounted or complimentary. Other hotel policies may apply.

  • VIP Birthday Gifts:

Players are not eligible for a personalized luxury birthday gift unless they are an Echelon (Echelon, Prime, Elite, and Black) Member during the month of their birthday. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the gift, gift details, cost, and distribution date of the gift.

  • Exclusive VIP Events:

Players are eligible to participate in Exclusive VIP Events once they have become an Echelon (Echelon, Prime, Elite, and Black) Members. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the frequency, offer & promotion details, offer or discount amount, etc. of Exclusive VIP Events.

  • Welcome playing device:

Players are not eligible for a complimentary playing device gift until they have been an Echelon (Echelon, Prime, Elite, and Black) Member for three consecutive months. Players who are Echelon (Echelon, Prime, Elite, and Black) Members for three non-consecutive months will not be eligible for a new playing device gift. Players are only eligible for one new playing device every 12 months.  Thus, achieving a higher Loyalty level within 12 months of receiving a playing device does not make a player eligible for another playing device gift. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the details, cost, and distribution date of the new playing device gift.

  • Complimentary dinners at Resorts Atlantic City:

Complimentary dinners are based on availability and advanced reservations are required.  Specific restaurant outlet is not guaranteed. Complimentary dinner is valid one time every 6 months and redemption period does not reset once a new tier is achieved.  6-month period begins on the date of redemption. Any remaining amount left over after the complimentary dinner has no cash value and will be voided. Resorts Digital reserves the right to determine the cost of all complimentary dinners.

  • VVIP Events:

Players are eligible to participate in VVIP Events once they have become an Echelon (Prime, Elite, and Black). ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the frequency, offer & promotion details, offer or discount amount, etc. of VVIP Events.

  • Deluxe Welcome and Luxury Gifts:

Players are eligible for Deluxe Welcome and Luxury Gifts once they have become an Echelon Black Member, ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the frequency of gifts issued as well as the gift, gift details, cost, and distribution date of the gift.

  • Luxury Cruise Vacation:

Player is not eligible for a luxury cruise getaway until they have been an Echelon (Prime, Elite, and Black) member for three consecutive months. Players who are Echelon (Echelon, Prime, Elite, and Black) Members for three non-consecutive months will not be eligible for a luxury cruise getaway. Players are only eligible for one luxury cruise vacation every 12 months.  Thus, achieving a higher level within 12 months of receiving a luxury cruise vacation does not make a player eligible for another luxury cruise vacation. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the details, cost, and distribution date of the luxury cruise vacation. Player is responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional costs (e.g. ground transportation, airfare, travel costs, etc.) associated with luxury cruise getaway. Other cruise line terms may apply.

  • Luxury Limo Transportation to Mohegan Sun CT, PA & Resorts AC:

Players are eligible for Limo Transportation to Mohegan Sun CT, PA & Resorts AC once they have become an Echelon Black Member. Player must be in the state of New Jersey to use the Limo Transportation service. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the frequency of this promotion.

  • Suite Upgrades Resorts Atlantic City:

Only players who have achieved the Echelon Black level are eligible for suite upgrades at Resorts Atlantic City.  Suite upgrades are limited to one time per month, based on availability and are not guaranteed. Player is responsible for any taxes, fees or additional costs associated with suite upgrade. Advanced reservations are required and suite upgrade is based on availability.  Blackout dates apply. Other hotel policies may apply.

 

 

General Rules & Regulations:

  1. All participants must be 21 years of age or older, playing within the state of New Jersey and not prohibited from gambling by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement in order to participate in the Resorts Rewards Program or to access any bonus or promotion.
  2. By participating in the Resorts Rewards Program, ResortsCasino.com program or the Resorts Star Card program, members agree to accept all rules set forth by ResortsCasino.com and Resorts Casino Hotel.
  3. To be eligible all information provided by you when opening your account must be true, accurate and verifiable.
  4. Players must accept each bonus manually by entering their bonus code after logging in.
  5. ResortCasino.com is the sole judge of promotion rules and the awarding of prizes.
  6. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend or modify the promotion at any time and without any notice and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add or delete cash prizes or change prize structures.  Any changes can be reviewed online.

  8. Resorts Casino Hotel, ResortsCasino.com and/or its designee may use names, pictures and likenesses of winners for promotional purposes without further compensation to winners.
  9. Winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prizes to the extent required by law.
  10. Winner is responsible for any additional costs (e.g. ground transportation, airfare, travel costs, etc.) associated with any bonus, prize or reward.
  11. Winners will be subject to all federal, state and local regulations and laws. 
  12. Promotions are subject to the provisions of the NJ Casino Control Act and regulations promulgated thereunder. All prizes will be awarded in compliance with applicable laws.
  13. Neither ResortsCasino.com nor any of its related companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries shall be responsible for computer errors including, but not limited to, the calculation of the number of entries or errors in the random number generated computer system that may be used in connection with any promotions.
  14. In consideration of, and as a strict condition of participation in the promotion, winners, their heirs and personal representatives waive and release all rights, claims, demands and/or causes of action against ResortsCasino.com, Resorts Casino Hotel and their respective related companies, affiliates and subsidiaries.
  15. Any participant who is found not to be in compliance with these rules will be disqualified and all prizes will be forfeited
  16. Any exceptions to the above rules and regulations are in the sole discretion of ResortsCasino.com and must be approved in writing by the President and CEO of Resorts Digital Gaming, LLC or his/her designee.
