  4. Players are eligible for a luxury getaway trip after achieving Diamond status. Player must contact their VIP Casino Host to reserve their getaway trip during a month while they are Diamond Resorts Rewards members and must book their trip within 90 days from the day they contact their VIP Casino Host. Players are only eligible for one luxury getaway trip every 3 months for a maximum of 4 trips in a 12 month period. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the details, cost, room type, and location of the getaway trip. Player is responsible for any taxes, fees or additional costs (e.g. ground transportation, airfare, travel costs, etc.) associated with getaway trip. Advanced reservations are required and getaway trip is based on availability.  Blackout dates apply.
  5. Swap Rewards Points for stays at Resorts Atlantic City:
  6. Player must contact their VIP Casino Host to swap their reward points for stays. ResortsCasino.com reserves the right to determine the rate the reward points are swapped for hotel stays.  Based on availability and blackout dates apply. Advance reservations are required.
  7.  Exclusive Resorts Casino Hotel Offers:
  8. Players are eligible for Exclusive Resorts Casino Hotel Offers, in Resorts’ sole discretion once they have become Resorts Rewards Members. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the frequency, offer details, offer or discount amount, and any other relevant offer details of exclusive offers from Resorts Casino Hotel to Resorts Rewards members.

  15. Rewards Bonuses & Multipliers:
  16. Players are eligible for Rewards Bonuses & Multipliers, in Resorts’ sole discretion once they have become Platinum or Diamond Resorts Rewards Members. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the frequency, offer details, offer, multiplier, bonus or discount amount, and any other relevant offer details of Rewards bonuses & multipliers from Resorts Casino Hotel or ResortsCasino.com to Resorts Rewards members.
  17. Tier Status Upgrade at Resorts Atlantic City:

Players are eligible for Star Card Tier Status upgrade once they have become Diamond Rewards Members, ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the Resorts Star Card tier status that each Diamond Resorts Rewards member is upgraded to and the length of time the upgrade lasts. Once Star Card Tier Status is granted, the player is responsible for maintaining Star Card tier membership based upon Star Card criteria. Membership in the Resorts Star Card program is subject to all of the Star Card program terms and conditions.

  20. Players are eligible for Exclusive Resorts Casino Hotel Offers, in Resorts’ sole discretion once they have become Diamond or Platinum Rewards Members. General Rules & Regulations:

  1. All participants must be 21 years of age or older, playing within the state of New Jersey and not prohibited from gambling by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement in order to participate in the Resorts Rewards Program or to access any bonus or promotion.

  11. Winners will be subject to all federal, state and local regulations and laws. 
  12. Promotions are subject to the provisions of the NJ Casino Control Act and regulations promulgated thereunder. All prizes will be awarded in compliance with applicable laws.
  13. Neither ResortsCasino.com nor any of its related companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries shall be responsible for computer errors including, but not limited to, the calculation of the number of entries or errors in the random number generated computer system that may be used in connection with any promotions.
  14. Echelon Reward Rules & Regulations: 

  1. Luxury welcome gift:
  2. Player is not eligible for a welcome gift until the month following the month when they first become an Echelon, Echelon Plus or Echelon Elite Member. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the gift, gift details, cost, and distribution date of the welcome gift. Player can receive a maximum of one every 12 mos..
  3. Luxury loyalty gift:
  4. Player is not eligible for a luxury loyalty gift until they have been an Echelon Rewards Member (any of the Echelon, Echelon Plus or Echelon Elite levels) for six consecutive months. Players who are Echelon Rewards Members for six non-consecutive months will not be eligible for a luxury loyalty gift. Players are only eligible for one luxury loyalty give every 12 months. Thus, achieving a higher Echelon Rewards level within 12 months of receiving a luxury loyalty gift does not make a player eligible for another luxury loyalty gift. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the gift, gift details, cost, and distribution date of the loyalty gift.
  5. New playing device:
  6. Player is not eligible for a new playing device gift until they have been an Echelon Rewards Member (any of the Echelon, Echelon Plus or Echelon Elite levels) for three consecutive months.. Players who are Echelon Rewards Members for three non-consecutive months will not be eligible for a new playing device gift. Players are only eligible for one new playing device every 12 months.  Thus, achieving a higher Echelon Rewards level within 12 months of receiving a new playing device does not make a player eligible for another new playing device gift. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the details, cost, and distribution date of the new playing device gift.
  7. Luxury Cruise Getaway:
  8. Player is not eligible for a luxury cruise getaway until they have been an Echelon Rewards Member (any of the Echelon, Echelon Plus or Echelon Elite levels) for three consecutive months. Players who are Echelon Rewards Members for three non-consecutive months will not be eligible for a luxury cruise getaway. Players are only eligible for one luxury cruise getaway every 12 months.  Thus, achieving a higher Echelon Rewards level within 12 months of receiving a luxury cruise getaway does not make a player eligible for another luxury cruise getaway . ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the details, cost, and distribution date of the luxury cruise getaway. Player is responsible for any taxes, fees or additional costs (e.g. ground transportation, airfare, travel costs, etc.) associated with luxury cruise getaway.
  9. Luxury Getaway Trips to Mohegan Sun Connecticut, Mohegan Sun Pennsylvania and Resorts Atlantic City:
  10. Players are eligible for a luxury getaway trip after achieving Echelon, Echelon Plus or Echelon Elite status. Player must contact their VIP Executive to reserve their getaway trip during a month while they are Echelon Rewards members and must book their trip within 90 days from the day they contact their VIP Executive.. Players are only eligible for one luxury getaway trip every 3 months for a maximum of 4 trips in a 12 month period.  Thus, achieving a higher Echelon Rewards level does not make a player eligible for more than one getaway trip in a 3 month period. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the details, cost, room type, and location of the getaway trip. Player is responsible for any taxes, fees or additional costs (e.g. ground transportation, airfare, travel costs, etc.) associated with getaway trip. Advanced reservations are required and getaway trip is based on availability.  Blackout dates apply.
  11. Suite Upgrades Resorts Atlantic City:
  12. Only players who have achieved the Echelon Elite level are eligible for suite upgrades at Resorts Atlantic City.  Suite upgrades are limited to one time per month, based on availability and are not guaranteed. Player is responsible for any taxes, fees or additional costs associated with suite upgrade. Advanced reservations are required and suite upgrade is based on availability.  Blackout dates apply.
  13. Exclusive Resorts Casino Hotel Offers:
  14. Players are eligible for Exclusive Resorts Casino Hotel Offers, in Resorts’ sole discretion once they have become Echelon Rewards Members. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the frequency, offer details, offer or discount amount, and any other relevant offer details of exclusive offers from Resorts Casino Hotel to Echelon Rewards members.
  15. VIP Rewards Bonuses & Multipliers:

ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine the concert or sporting event, concert or event details, cost, and any other relevant details. Player is responsible for any taxes, fees or additional costs (e.g. ground transportation, airfare, travel costs, etc.) associated with the concert or sporting events. Subject to availability and blackout dates do apply.  
  25. $500 Concierge Service:
  26. Players are eligible for up to $500 Concierge Service, no more than four times per 12 month period (maximum of $2,000 in a 12 month period) once they have become Echelon Rewards Members. ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right to determine all details, amounts and other relevant details of concierge service.
  27. Access to Echelon Rewards - Exclusive Promotions:
