PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This program will be offered to select new account registrations between November 10, 2017 and February 28^th, 2018.
• Participants must create a valid, KYC-verified ResortsCasino.com account to be eligible.
• The mailing address of the participant used to register the valid, KYC-verified account must be an address capable of receiving US-mail.
• Participants must follow the directions included in the welcome package to take a photo of themselves playing at ResortsCasino.com, then submit it to ResortsCasino.com management as specified in the welcome package.
• ResortsCasino.com management reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deem the photo appropriate, or not, to enable you to participate in the promotion. By way of example and not limitation, the photo may not include or depict any person other than the participant and may not contain any information, messaging, gestures, body language or content which ResortsCasino.com management deems inappropriate.
• By submitting the photo to us, you specifically give us the following permission: You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the photo that you submit to us including any IP content contained therein for any and all uses we deem appropriate, including, but not limited to use as marketing collateral in any medium, whether currently in existence or developed in the future (IP License).
• After approval of the submitted photo, ResortsCasino.com management will load the participant’s ResortsCasino.com account with $50 in bonus funds.
• All free cash and bonus funds are non-transferable and can only be accessed at www.ResortsCasino.com.
• Bonus funds are only available for wagering at ResortsCasino.com.  Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the wagering requirement before any associated winnings will be converted to cash. Wagering requirements vary per game type. The wagering requirement for slots is 5x the bonus amount; table games, Roulette, and Video Poker are 25x the bonus amount. For example: Let’s say we offer you a $20 bonus. Every $1 you wager on slots counts as .20c toward the $20 bonus, and every $25 on table games and video poker counts as .04c toward the $20 bonus. (Thus, you would need to wager $100 on slots or $500 on table games in order to complete the wagering requirements) Once the wagering requirement is complete, the bonus and any associated winnings will be released to your account as unrestricted cash. You are free to play any game type at any time to complete the wagering requirements.
• You will only earn Gems on cash wagering only, bonus funds excluded.
• Player always has the ability to cancel a bonus at any time by calling customer service.
• Canceling a bonus prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• A player must complete the wagering requirements of this bonus before accepting a new bonus. Accepting a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of this bonus will forfeit this bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, which have not been converted to cash MAY be forfeited (a) upon withdrawal of all or any portion of a cash balance, and b) any other instances in which ResortsCasino.com determines, in its sole and absolute opinion, that a player has abused the promotion in any manner, including, but not limited to, by exploiting a weakness, feature or other aspect of the gaming platform.
• ResortsCasino.com reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety at any time or exclude any individual(s) from participation, if it determines at its sole and absolute discretion there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.
